Does acupuncture hurt?
Acupuncture needles are hair-thin, much finer than the needles used for shots. Most patients feel a tiny pinch or a dull, heavy sensation, and many fall asleep during treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
It depends on you and your condition. Acute problems can respond in a few visits, while long-standing conditions usually take a series. Dr. House will give you a plan at your first visit.
